ROLE SUMMARY

The Strategic Partnership Coordinator cultivates and grows meaningful relationships with TWR Canada program and project stakeholders, aligning partnership strategies with TWR Canada's mission of spreading the Gospel globally. Central to this role is effectively communicating ministry impact through compelling stories, data-driven insights, and proactive stakeholder engagement, contributing to a unified, mission-driven culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate collaboration with partners, ensuring strategic alignment with TWR priorities
  • Work closely with other departments to compile compelling impact stories, testimonies, and statistical data for engagingTWR Canadas donors and broader audiences
  • Coordinate and prepare timely, accurate, and data-driven stakeholder reports, transparently communicating the
  • status ofongoing ministry projects and initiatives
  • Ensure partners meet project deliverables, track grant project funding, and verify payments align with agreed terms
  • Manage stakeholder communications by proactively responding to inquiries, addressing concerns promptly, and
  • maintaining consistent engagement
  • Maintain, update, and analyze stakeholder records using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging
  • insights toenhance partner relationships
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas and strategic insights to strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure all stakeholder communications consistently reflect TWR Canada's core values, mission, and strategic objectives

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated commitment to TWR Canadas mission and core values
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and sensitivity in critical conversations
  • Proven project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret stakeholder communications and data, with the ability to make informed strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant digital tools
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy, and relatability
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; or an equivalentcombination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years experience in stakeholder and/or donor relations, donor management, communications, or similarrolespreferably within a faith-based or nonprofit organization
  • Proven success in storytelling, reporting, and effectively communicating organizational impact
  • Experience using data analytics to support strategic decision-making in stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity and ease working within a faith-based organizational setting

LOCATION & COMPENSATION

  • Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week), during core business hours, Monday to Friday, based in our London,
  • Ontario office
  • No travel expectations; however, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for TWR events
  • Salary of $45,000-$55,000/year commensurate with education and experience
  • Benefits package includes dental, extended health care, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP),
  • availableafter probationary period
  • RRSP contributions and three weeks vacation per year, pro-rated based on start date
