Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Gas Trader to join a large North American power generation company. This opportunity is for an experienced trader to be instrumental in further developing the team's Gas trading position across their portfolio. The successful candidate will have a quantitative background with a proven track record both creating and executing trading and risk management strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience managing assets in Gas markets.

- Experience working in Alberta, Henry Hub and Texas Gas markets.

- Strong experience with Excel and data analysis including use of SQL & Python.

- Experience leading a team.

- Experience within Speculative markets and taking proprietary positions within the Gas market.

- A deep understanding of the North American Pipeline system.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, finance, or a related field.
