Skills Required:

• Minimum experience in Guidewire Implementations in PolicyCenter
• GOSU development, development, XML, PCF, REST and SOAP
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming
• Insurance domain knowledge with specific focus on Policy Administration
• Guidewire Rating knowledge is Plus
• Guidewire Product Modeling / APD knowledge is Plus
• Experience with source code management systems such as GITHub
• Good working knowledge in:
• A relational database management system
• Agile development methodologies, practices and principles across full software development lifecycle
• Change management practices in a parallel development environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding the user stories / requirements
• Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives
• Design, code and unit test configurations and customizations in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Produce technical design documents for configurations and customizations
• Resolve defects in the code and support system testing, code configuration and deployment activities.
• Guidewire PolicCenter ACE Developer certification preferred
