Role overview:
The salesperson will work alongside the Wintegra team to boost sales revenues through active sales activities, including contacting builders and construction companies, face-to-face meetings introducing company products and selling windows and doors.
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales from lead generation to close a deal;
- Contributing to achieving the determined sales budget
- Identifying and participating in conferences and other relevant trade shows
- Generating new leads and closing deals
- Taking the initiative to exceed customer expectations
- Processing and addressing customer questions and any complaints
- Participating in the kick-off consultation when transferring a project from Sales to Operations
Requirements:
- Successful candidates will be able to implement sales objectives including strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or training in window and door manufacturing or construction industry; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is required.
