Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components.
• Weld parts as needed to ensure structural integrity of vehicles.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair options.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems.
• Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including welding and the use of hand and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
