Location: Markham, Ontario

The Client Advisor is part of the sales team and is under the general supervision of the store manager. The client advisor is responsible for engaging with clients, fostering relationships, and driving sales through your expert knowledge. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of luxury retail, and a genuine passion for watches & jewelry. Achieving and managing personal sales targets and the development of new clients and client retention is the main responsibility and focus of the role.

Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and effectively communicate the many technical features and unique selling propositions to clients and potential customers. Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for clients both in-store, on-line and at events. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, providing personalized recommendations and guidance. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to L'ORO.

Keep up with market trends, competitors and customer preferences within the luxury industry. Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer feedback, product performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for some college or relevant training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
• Have a passion for creating the highest quality of customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Team Player, Self-motivated, Proactive and Personable.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings and participate in special events as required.
• Knowledge of English is a must. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
