Marketing Manager

Location: Office-based, with occasional fieldwork alongside technicians/installers

Role Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing AccuServ's social media strategy to enhance brand recognition, increase leads, and drive engagement across various platforms. This role includes hands-on content creation, participation in brainstorming sessions, and tracking key metrics for performance improvements. Additionally, the manager will actively work to learn about HVAC services and systems to create more relevant, informed, and authentic content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Fieldwork:
  • Ride along with technicians and installers to capture on-site content, showcasing AccuServ's services and team.
  • Document daily activities, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes operations to produce engaging content.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for consistent, high-quality posts across social media channels.
  1. Brainstorming & Strategy:
  • Join regular meetings with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and content that aligns with AccuServ's business goals.
  • Propose new ideas to improve social media engagement and outreach efforts.
  1. Social Media Growth & Metrics:
  • Focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) including brand recognition, follower growth, and lead generation.
  • Increase brand searches on Google for "AccuServ" and monitor online reputation.
  • Drive social media traffic and track metrics like follower count, engagement rates, and website referrals.
  1. ServiceTitan MarketingPro Management:
  • Learn and utilize ServiceTitan MarketingPro to create campaigns and manage email marketing efforts.
  • Leverage the platform to schedule and send promotional emails and track their effectiveness.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Create and run ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Manage retargeting strategies to ensure efficient use of advertising budgets.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize reach and engagement.
  1. Cost of Acquisition & Analytics:
  • Analyze and determine the cost of customer acquisition through digital channels.
  • Use Google Analytics and ServiceTitan data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Provide relevant, actionable reports to the management team, including metrics on cost per lead, ROI, and overall campaign success.
  1. HVAC Learning Initiative:
  • Actively learn about HVAC services, systems, and solutions to better understand the business and the customer experience.
  • Use this knowledge to create more accurate, informed, and engaging content that resonates with AccuServ's audience.
  • Participate in HVAC-related training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and other educational initiatives to improve understanding of the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceTitan MarketingPro, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills with the ability to adapt content to various social platforms.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to contribute to AccuServ's growth.
  • Willingness and initiative to learn about HVAC systems and services.

Payment:

  • Payment will be hourly and added to AccuServ's company payroll.

Performance Metrics:

  • Increase in social media followers (targeted growth on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
  • Improvement in lead generation from social media channels.
  • Enhanced brand visibility, including increased searches for "AccuServ" on Google.
  • Successful execution of campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of HVAC concepts in content creation.
