We're looking for passionate and energetic Experience Guides to join a location-based, touring video game experience in Toronto this summer! If you love video games, live events, and guest engagement, this is your chance to be part of an immersive, hands-on attraction.

As an Experience Guide, you'll be the face of the attraction — welcoming guests, assisting with ticketing and registration, guiding them through the experience, and ensuring a fun, smooth, and memorable visit.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and guide guests through the experience with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist with ticketing (POS, scanning) and timed entry management
• Distribute and explain engagement devices
• Support guests at interaction points and respond to questions
• Communicate with the tech/backstage team on any issues
• Monitor guest flow and help maintain a clean, smooth-running venue

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, events, or guest-facing roles
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and irregular shifts
• Familiar with POS systems and basic tech troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Interest in video games and interactive experiences is a big plus!
