Role Description

We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing efforts both online and in-store. This role is a mix of digital marketing, event coordination, and creative design. You'll work closely with our team to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Google, Facebook, Rednote, etc.). From content creation to community engagement.
  • Plan, organize and execute in-store promotions and events across multiple retail locations.
  • Design posters, flyers, and signage for stores—clean, effective, and on-brand.
  • Keep communication flowing between marketing, management, and shareholders—status updates, reporting, feedback.
  • Handle additional marketing-related tasks as they come up.

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Social media savvy with an eye for content that performs.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media tools and trends.
  • Solid design skills (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
