Job Title: Analytics Analyst – SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analytics Analyst – SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering enterprise-wide insights by performing advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization across SAP and related systems. You will consult with business stakeholders to uncover actionable intelligence, improve reporting processes, and enhance data quality through process mapping and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in business and technical requirements-gathering workshops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed user stories and contribute to sprint planning and story point estimation.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and data mappings.
• Deliver data-driven solutions and dashboards through agile sprint methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to design, build, and implement analytics solutions.
• Participate in daily SCRUM stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and support post-implementation activities.
• Facilitate scope management through structured sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Conduct process mapping and data lineage tracing to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and standards are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in analytics or reporting functions.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, or data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in tools and platforms including:
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Azure DevOps
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Azure Databricks
  • OSI Pi Historian
  • IPS Asset Manager
• Experience working within a Product Model and SCRUM/Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience with data governance, data warehousing, or MDM frameworks.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning is a plus.
