We are looking for a cheerful, polite, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and computer-based tasks
  • Skilled in operating a multi-line phone system
  • Experience in handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry (an asset, but not required)
