In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in evaluating cost accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring quotation integrity — all while gaining valuable exposure to operations, sales, and engineering functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze material costs to ensure system accuracy and support internal audits of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Compare actual costs (from accounts payable) to system-generated forecasts using internal databases (e.g., AS400)
Conduct quotation analysis and evaluate cost consistency with manufacturing benchmarks
Investigate and reconcile cost discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
Engage directly with departmental leadership to validate material consumption and cost data
Prepare structured reports and comparative studies for management decision-making
Education:
Completion of a 2–4 year post-secondary program in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
Experience:
1–2 years in a business or corporate environment
1–2 years of experience in sales, accounting, or finance
Familiarity with the automotive industry is an asset
Skills & Abilities:
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Confident communicator who can liaise with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong reporting and auditing capabilities
Solid math and geometry skills; able to apply basic algebra and volume calculations
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with ERP systems or databases (AS400 is a plus)
Other:
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel occasionally (locally or internationally)
