What Youll Do:

As theGeneral Manager, youll be the face and force of DriveNation Regina. Youll lead the store from grand opening to sustained growth, building the team, the culture, and the momentum.

• Build your dream team: Attract, recruit, and train sales and lot staff
• Own the numbers: Drive unit sales, gross profit, and department success
• Champion systems and processes: Train and hold your team accountable
• Keep inventory moving: Monitor levels and liquidate aged units
• Be the customer hero: Jump in to resolve complex issues when needed
• Set the tone: Ensure a clean, organized, welcoming space
• Make it better: Continuously improve everything you touch
• Lead the day: Execute and hold the team accountable to the daily plan
• Keep things covered: Ensure proper staffing across all departments
• And whatever else it takes to make this launch a success
