Deliverables:
- Act as the key liaison between the project and stakeholders including other I&IT clusters, Ministry program areas, and other delivery partners such as ITS.
- As the senior technical advisor/expert, coordinate all aspects of docs implementation deliverables including the supervision of consultants where appropriate.
- Plan timelines and the resources needed.
- Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting, or exceeding expectations.

- Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in project management, Project Planning, Resource Management, Governance, Risk Management and Change Management.
- Experience in developing project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocating resources (staff, financial, and technological) efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Identifying potential risks and creating contingency plans to address them.
- Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Managing and motivating project teams, assigning tasks, and resolving conflicts; Cross Training to project and team members.
- Regularly tracking project status and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Adapting to changes in project requirements and ensuring that the project remains on track.
- Reviewing project outcomes and conducting a post-production assessment to identify lessons learned for future projects.
- Knowledge of application development methodologies, techniques and methods.
