Job Title: Finishing Superintendent

About the Role This individual will be responsible for supervising all aspects of interior finishing and ensuring the highest standards of quality, schedule, and safety on a multi-family wood-frame project.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in day-to-day site operations and logistics.
• Collaborate with the Lead Site Superintendent to plan and implement finishing schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate interior finishing sub-trades, ensuring floor-by-floor schedule targets are met.
• Enforce strict quality control protocols to guarantee all finishing work meets or exceeds design specifications.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Strong understanding of construction practices, job safety requirements, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Experience working in high-performance, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes with accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating contract language and determining scope of work.
• Proficiency in construction-related software is an asset (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Passionate about building high-quality products and managing complex finishing scopes.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 plus monthly vehicle allowance
