Oakwood Nissan is seeking a talented Parts Advisor to join our team!
Key responsibilities:
- Create quotes, and invoices.
- Assist customers at the front counter with parts needs.
- Handle customer phone calls.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately filled in a timely matter.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High customer service satisfaction expectations.
- Proficient in computer systems such as PBS (dealer management system) and Office365 apps.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.
- Previous Parts experience is preferred, but not required.
- Have a valid drivers license and provide a drivers abstract and criminal record check upon hire.
