Roles and responsibilities:
" Lead large-scale network infrastructure programs across multiple business units.
" Define program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.
" Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
" Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
" Monitor risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
" Work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, network operations, finance, legal, sales) to ensure alignment and support.
" Serve as primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including external vendors, contractors, and customers.
