Golden Girl Tenders is opening this summer, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced Opening Assistant to help launch our first location.
This is a contract role with growth potential. You'll work directly with ownership on everything from kitchen setup to hiring and first-day systems. If you prove yourself, there's a chance for bonus pay and contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with kitchen setup (equipment, layout, supplies)
Support hiring and onboarding of staff
Coordinate first inventory orders (packaging, uniforms, smallwares)
Help test and finalize prep and service systems
Be a flexible, go-to support for the owner during launch
Drive to pick up supplies or complete tasks (car required)
Requirements:
3+ years restaurant experience (back or front of house)
Experience with restaurant openings is a strong asset
Strong time management and self-direction
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
Must have vehicle and valid driver's license
Available full-time in June and July
Please Note:
This is a contractor position, not full-time employment.
