Family Wellness - Program Manager - CSD

CLOSING DATE: May 20, 2025

ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as possible

Reports to: Program Director

Compensation: $84,000

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision, support, and mentorship of program supervisors.

Create positive working relationships within the FW program and across Chimo, including with the manager-director, finance, and administration teams.

Build positive collaborative relationships with leaders from external partners, including with Child and Family Service leadership, colleague CSD agency leaders, community organizations, etc.

Administration i.e. database, paperwork, monthly/annual reports, policy, process improvement.

Monitoring and responding to high-level program administrative tasks, including financials, quarterly and annual reporting, contracts, etc.

In concert with Chimos Vision Planning process, ETO reporting, and best practices in quality improvement and change models, build a culture of continuous improvement focusing on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families.

Integrity and accountability. Builds trust with others by taking responsibility for actions, following through, telling the truth and, to paraphrase Barbara Coloroso, saying what you mean, meaning what you say and doing what you say youre going to do.

Superior communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Builds positive working relationships using superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to have complex conversations

with stakeholders, including program participants, family network members, Children Service representatives, Chimo personnel, etc. Talented at engaging and including a wide network of professionals in program-level conversations.

Credentials and experience;

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the sector and 2 years of supervision experience.

Management experience is considered a significant asset.

Superior organization and technology skills.

Significant experience working in CSD is an important requirement.

Strong proven history of leadership, adaptability, and dedication to the communities they serve.

A masters degree will be considered a significant asset.

- A class 5 license, 3 years driving history in Canada claims free (provided with a claims experience letter), Auto Insurance with 2 million PLPD + use for work)
