We are growing again! We are adding LPN's to our Long Term Care Team in Kamloops, BC.
- LPN - 46.80/hr
- Full Time Position
- Weekly Pay
- Registered LPN
- COVID Vaccinations Completed
- Assesses residents by completing a physical assessment of their major body systems:
- Completes RAI MDS resident assessment on admission, on significant change and annually in LTC
- Contributes to the development of resident goals and outcome measures for the newly admitted and current residents
- Provide nursing care to residents whose care needs require the competencies of the LPN/RN
- Collaborates with the RN / RCM / CCM to determine appropriate assignment of restricted activities to other professional nursing staff
- Administers medications to assigned residents for which the LPN/RN is authorized to perform
- Completes LTC and/or SL4 Medication Reconciliation processes
- Participates in the evaluation of resident care regularly based on expected outcomes
- Maintains accurate, clear, concise documentation
