We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

The Rebound Health group has 3 locations in Lethbridge and 1 in Taber, offering a range of physiotherapy needs and opportunities!

Responsibilities include:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management techniques.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Ability to work independently
• 2-years of proven experience in a clinical setting (valued)
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Compensation package:

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• 2.25% of your revenue in year one
