JUNIOR E-COMMERCE ORDER ENTRY CLERK

FULL-TIME

The Job!

As an E-Commerce Order Entry Clerk, you will provide excellent customer service and support in a variety of functions, including:

  • Accurately input customer orders, including product, shipping, and payment details, into the ERP system
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, coordinating with warehouse teams as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates or resolutions
  • Track inventory levels and flag potential stock issues or discrepancies
  • Verify payment information and maintain accurate billing records
  • Follow up on orders to confirm delivery and resolve any post-sale issues
  • Other required tasks, as assigned by your manager

What you bring to the job

You are someone with high accuracy and speed in data entry tasks and love speaking with people. You also come with:

  • Any experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and related software tools will be considered an asset
  • Experience with Data entry, order entry will be considered an asset
  • New Grad with retail experience will be considered an asset
  • Degree/ Diploma ideally in Supply chain, mathematics, business, marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address order-related issues.
  • Sharp attention to detail to minimize errors in order processing.
