Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility analyses for new residential development projects, including condominiums, purpose-built rental properties, single-family homes, and student accommodations.
- Develop, maintain, and improve detailed financial models to forecast cash flows, costs, returns, and evaluate both project-specific and corporate-level key performance indicators (e.g., return on investment, IRR, NPV).
- Analyze market trends, demographic data, and economic indicators to assess the financial viability and risk profile of proposed developments.
- Prepare, build, and refine development pro formas and project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and senior leadership to monitor budgets, support decision-making, and ensure financial targets are met across all stages of development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate development, or a related field, with a focus on residential properties.
- Must have experience with Argus
