Job Description

The Opportunity:

Procom is hiring a Manager, Consulting to lead and grow our Edmonton branch. This is an impactful role for a high-performing sales leader ready to take full ownership of a market.

This is more than a sales management role, it's a chance to grow a business, build a team, and lead with purpose in one of Canada's top staffing firms.

What You'll Do:

Drive Business Growth

  • Own Procom's Edmonton market, leading efforts to acquire new clients and expand key accounts.
  • Work hands-on with Account Managers on high-value opportunities, deal strategy, and client engagement.
  • Forecast revenue, build territory plans, and manage branch-level KPIs with a data-driven approach.

Lead and Develop Talent

  • Hire and onboard new sales talent; foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Coach and empower Account Managers to exceed their goals and grow professionally.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and lead with transparency and accountability.

Oversee Branch Operations

  • Oversee daily operations, including sales call planning, CRM management, and account allocation.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, onboarding/offboarding, budget management, and employee communications.
  • Act as a point of contact for local issues, manage team coverage during absences, and handle employee inquiries regarding commissions, compensation, and quotas.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in the staffing/ recruiting industry.
  • Experience working in IT or other technical/professional staffing verticals such as Engineering, Accounting/Finance, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with grit, curiosity, and drive to scale a business unit.
  • Comfortable setting strategy while staying close to the sales floor, leading by example and with integrity.
  • Skilled in full-cycle sales (prospecting to close) and financial metrics like margin management and forecasting.
  • Natural collaborator who builds strong internal and external relationships with ease.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
