Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, install, and support IT equipment including Office Desktop PCs, laptops, RF scanners, and label printers
• Deliver hands-on technical support for users in warehouse and office settings
• Maintain and support warehouse and office server systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RF scanners, label printers, and general desktop hardware
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users to ensure smooth daily operations

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience providing IT support in a warehouse environment
• Strong hands-on experience with RF scanners
• Proficiency with label printer setup and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

• Basic networking knowledge or experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – must be clear, concise, and professional
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Proactive
