Founded in 1998, Actuarial Solutions Inc. is a boutique firm with offices in Windsor and Oakville. Our primary product/service is working with sponsors of defined-benefit pension plans. The Pension Administration Department is in Windsor.

Core ASI clients are small and mid-sized businesses that require actuarial and pension administration services in support of their pension plans.
The Opportunity:
Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions is proud to partner with Actuarial Solutions Inc. in the recruitment of a Pension Administrator located in Windsor, Ontario. This role reports directly into the Manager, Pension Administration, and is responsible for managing the membership database and preparing regulatory filings.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Updating and maintaining the member database on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting the Pension Administration team with the reconciliation of pension fund accounts.
- Calculating member entitlements regarding retirement, termination, and/or passing.
- Preparing regulatory reports and supporting with annual year-end member statements.
- Assisting visitors and guests as required both in-person and over the phone.
- Providing support and backup in administrative duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Post-Secondary degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or other related field.
- Previous experience with Benefit Plan Administration, Payroll, or HR in a professional setting.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft-related products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Complimentary Experience:
- Bilingual in French would be considered an asset.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
