OVERVIEW
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of TimePlay's products by creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business results. Sitting on the Customer Success team, this role is responsible for crafting compelling product messaging, managing go-to-market strategies, and enabling customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on understanding customer needs, improving product adoption, and delivering insights to enhance TimePlay's offerings.
As a key contributor to TimePlay's growth trajectory, the Product Marketing Manager will ensure our products resonate with our client's guests, elevate brand trust, and support the company's mission of delivering exceptional, engaging experiences.
YOUR PROFILE
•Serve as the subject matter expert on TimePlay's product offerings, crafting compelling and results-driven marketing materials to drive customer interest, conversions, and revenue growth, while strategically expanding product adoption and reach within client operations.
•Partner closely with clients to develop and execute critical marketing strategies for TimePlay's products, driving innovative solutions for onboard marketing channels and influencing powerful messaging to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
•Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging for our products across global markets by leveraging market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape, ensuring our approach resonates with target audiences.
•Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer value by leveraging creative and critical thinking, to continuously improve the customer experience with both new and existing products.
•Be on the constant look out for creative opportunities and promotional channels within client's operations for marketing messaging
•Leverage performance insights for all products to inform product development and marketing strategies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of launch plans, as well as the continuous enhancements of product performance
•Define and track success metrics for product launches.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
•3–5 years of direct experience in product marketing within the gaming, casino, and/or entertainment spaces, with a proven ability to craft value propositions for products.
•Strong expertise in developing impactful product marketing messages, bonus for entertainment and/or lottery products.
•In-depth understanding of the role product marketing plays in driving growth through customer acquisition and conversion to purchase.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation, persuasion and presentation abilities
•Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
•Skilled in evaluating, analyzing, and providing actionable recommendations for program improvements based on performance data.
•Highly collaborative, with experience working effectively across diverse internal teams.
•Adaptable and eager to learn quickly in dynamic and evolving environments.
•Self-motivated professional with a track record of leveraging product marketing experience to improve processes and outcomes.
•This position will require travel multiple times throughout the year (x1-2 per quarter; 7+ day trips)
