The Role: Managing Broker (Remote Possible But Strictly with BC only)

This isn't a traditional brokerage gig. You'll act as the regulatory lead for Artin Realty, helping ensure compliance, and be the liaison between the brokerage and corresponding regulatory bodies. We'll take care of the strategy, recruiting, software, and everything else.

• Is able to be licensed as a Managing Broker in BC (Rental, and Trading)

Your Impact

• Oversee brokerage compliance with BCFSA, RESA, RTA, and FINTRAC
• Approve documents if needed and liaise on behalf of licensees – you don't need to have all the answers, but you need to know where to look
• Help give input that ensures risk management, transparency, and smooth audits
• Stay current on legal updates and give updates to our team accordingly
• Act as Compliance and Privacy Officer under FINTRAC guidelines
• Contribute to team discussions when called upon

What You'll Need

• Active Managing Broker license in BC (Rental & Trading)
• At least basic familiarity with real estate contracts and trust account procedures
• Comfort with tools like Notion, Slack, and modern property systems
• Solid communication and decision-making skills
• An uplifting presence and a positive attitude
