GNR is actively seeking a QUALITY MANAGER for a reputable & stable Aerospace / Aviation manufacturing division in the TORONTO region.

We are looking for an experienced Quality leader that is hands-on role and can effectively lead a QUALITY team in a high precision machining/metal fabrication MANUFACTURING environment.

This role offers “high visibility” to Corporate HQ in the US and the Executive Team.

• Minimum 5 years of QUALITY leadership experience + AS9100 manufacturing
• Interact with Engineering, Production & Suppliers driving ensuring quality requirements are met / exceeds customer needs.
• Reporting directly to the GM, you will lead & mentor a team of 7 direct reports.
• Manage ALL quality initiatives for this division; improve quality processes, audits, best practices & procedures.
• Maintain QMS, training programs, failure analysis & testing, evaluate MRB processes & reporting methodologies.
