Job Description

We're hiring a Portfolio Implementation Associate to join a respected wealth management firm focused on long-term client success through planning-led investment strategies.

This is a non-client facing, back-office role ideal for professionals who thrive in portfolio operations, trade execution, and data reconciliation—not a stepping stone to portfolio management or advisory. We're looking for someone who values precision, process, and long-term commitment

What You'll Do

  • Daily portfolio reconciliations across custodians and internal systems
  • Weekly trading operations: monitoring, modeling, and trade execution
  • Maintain data accuracy in portfolio reporting systems
  • Support the implementation of client investment policies and onboarding processes
  • Assist in client reporting (quarterly and annual), including tax package prep
  • Collaborate with the Research and Wealth Planning teams on model and sub-advisor alignment

Who Should Apply

✅ Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio administration, or trade support

✅ Professionals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and enjoy structured, behind-the-scenes work

✅ Individuals looking for a long-term operational career (minimum 3-year commitment)

✅ Must have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification

Please do not apply if you're looking for client-facing roles, analyst roles, or portfolio manager tracks—this is a technical, execution-focused position with no direct client interaction.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (Mon/Tues + 1 flexible), remaining remote
  • Structured training (first 4–6 weeks, mostly in-office)
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Long-term stability in a critical investment operations role
