Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Fenergo, a leading client lifecycle management (CLM) and regulatory onboarding platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design onboarding workflows, and support implementation and configuration of Fenergo solutions to streamline KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for client onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales) to define client lifecycle journeys using Fenergo.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.

Fenergo Configuration & Integration Support:

  • Support the design, configuration, and customization of the Fenergo platform, including rule engines, data models, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Fenergo with internal systems (CRM, core banking, data providers, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, EMIR, and GDPR.

Testing & Documentation:

  • Prepare and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios and validate results against business requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, data mappings, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and onboarding support for end users.

Process Optimization & Governance:

  • Identify areas for onboarding process improvement, risk reduction, and enhanced client experience.
  • Work with global onboarding teams to align standards and ensure policy adherence across regions.
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or regulatory compliance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with the Fenergo platform (or similar CLM tools like Pega, Salesforce CLM, or Appway).
  • Knowledge of investment banking, wealth management, or corporate banking onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (FATCA, CRS, AMLD, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Understanding of data mapping, workflow design, and API integrations.
