Now Prepay is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with managers and employees to deliver day-to-day HR support and drive key people initiatives that shape our culture and workplace experience.

This is a hybrid position—you'll work from our Etobicoke office three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the other two days.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support
  • Manage employee data, HRIS records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Administer group benefits, educate employees on coverage, and handle enrollments and changes
  • Support bi-weekly payroll by processing new hires, terminations, and pay updates
  • Coordinate and support the Annual Review process for employees and managers
  • Respond to employee questions with care, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Partner with Managers on employee relations, coaching conversations, and performance discussions
  • Assist in the Recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, attending in-person meetings, and preparing offers
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
  • Organize employee engagement events, social gatherings, and team-building activities
  • Assist with policy updates, and ongoing process improvement projects

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Experience supporting Payroll Processes (ADP experience is a plus!)
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working across all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter mindset, with a genuine desire to support others and make an impact
  • Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
