Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on high-rise construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to monitor project status and address any issues related to scope changes, delays, or resources.
• Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation is completed, including reports, safety logs, and inspection certificates.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from planning to execution.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing site teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in site supervision or construction management, particularly in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial construction.
• Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
