Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Job Type: contract-to-permanent hire

Our corporate client, a large investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your administrative skills in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to senior management and team members.

- Manage schedules and arrange meetings.

- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.

- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.

- Assist with special projects and perform general office duties as required.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional/corporate setting

- Post-secondary education or equivalent

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
