Role Description

• Support platform QA, E2E. UAT and other testing teams. Provide support and recommendations to SA, project teams, development teams on the solution pertaining to platform data/services and functionality.

• Banking domain knowledge.

• TSYS application knowledge.

• Knowledge of SDLC.

• Automated testing framework.

• Banking documentation Knowledge.

• Testing metrics, Data driven decision making.

• Analyze the data, problem solving skills.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skill Set

• Good to have knowledge in support, Intakes, engagement of development/Testing/Business teams impacted by the changes or the activities.

• Lead all the technical activities/Assessment of all platforms related vendors recommends approaches to streamline and integrate technological process and system in the organization to improve overall efficiency and improve the bank.
