We are seeking to fill the role of Wealth Advisor with our highly collaborative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a driven, experienced Wealth Advisor, that thrives when working with their high-net worth clients.

As the Wealth Advisor you will:

• Forecasting customer trends as they develop and collaborating with financial advisors, to offer the best recommendations to our clients.
• Managing client accounts both new and existing, ensuring that you are meeting company/regulatory time frames with procedures and processes.
• Support ZLC Wealth in creating Portfolio's, and to make referrals to ZLC Financial advisors where necessary.
• Engage in regular communication with clients providing updates and insights into portfolios, advise on changing trends and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to evaluate and provide analysis on intricate investment management strategies, products and services to peers, trainees and beginners
• Implement and follow best practices that are compliant and effective
• Be a collaborative team member by contributing ideas and suggestions
• Proactively research new, third-party managed investment opportunities
• Attend client meetings as required, including prospective clients
• Prepare or assist in marketing and business development presentations
• Proactively conduct client discovery for existing clients to uncover additional wealth management opportunities
• Advocate ZLC Wealth's brand and attend client appreciation events

As an experienced professional, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, and at least 3 years in a client facing role
• Completion of, or pursuing CFA (Level 3 minimum) designation
• The ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience using TooGood portfolio management software (not required, but preferred)
• An exceptional level of customer service

Job Type: Full-time position in a hybrid work setting

Job Hours: Thirty-five (35) hours per week, seven hours (7) per day, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $120,000 – $250,000 base, plus commission and equity opportunities!
