New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Infrastructure Support: Mobile Device Management (MDM) to design, implement, and support Mobile Device Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise MDM solutions.
• Support and optimize device management, security policies, and configurations.
• Provide guidance on enterprise mobility management best practices.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user training.

Requirements

• Strong experience in MDM technologies (e.g., Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron).
• Expertise in mobile security, device enrollment, and policy management.
• Proven ability to provide user training and operational support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
