Job Description:-
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices, such as ITIL.
- Familiarity with Information Risk Management (IRM) concepts and practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM.
- Strong project planning, execution, and control skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL, are a plus.
