WHO WE ARE:

MYC Media is a custom manufacturing company specializing in print, signage, installation, finishing, and fabrication.

We work with companies who don't have pre-packaged solutions—our job is to figure things out and get it done.

We are looking for someone who isn't just a salesperson but a builder—a Sales Director who will recruit, structure, and manage the team, build the processes, and drive new business.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We need a Sales Director who can:

  • Take full ownership of sales – We don't micromanage, and we don't hand-hold.
  • Create structure – Build the sales process, CRM strategy, reporting, and hiring plan.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team – Identify talent, coach, and hold them accountable.
  • Sell, but also lead – This isn't just a management job; we need someone who can lead by example.
  • Work directly with leadership – Collaborate with executives to align sales goals with business growth.
  • Think long-term – We need someone who wants to build something, not just take another job.
