Dayforce Implementation Consultant – Talent, Reporting, & Payroll

Job Description:

We are looking for seasoned Dayforce Implementation Consultants with expertise in Talent Management, Reporting, and Payroll modules. The consultant will play a key role in deploying Dayforce solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Dayforce implementations across Talent, Reporting, and Payroll functionalities
• Translate business needs into system configurations and reporting frameworks
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
• Guide clients through UAT, training, and deployment

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Dayforce HCM
• Proven implementation experience across multiple modules, including Talent and Payroll
