Preferred Qualifications:
- M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Lithium-ion battery R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of up to date Lithium-ion battery technology
- Experience with Lithium-ion battery testing; Knowledge of cell test methods and specifications, such as USABC battery test manuals
- Experience with battery cyclers, data acquisition systems, and EIS measurement
- Experience with DVP&R test plan execution
- Demonstrated ability to work in a unionized environment
- Prior experience or knowledge of ISO 17025 or 9001 accreditation.
Additional Must-Haves:
- Knowledge of Lithium-ion battery chemistry, working principle, characterization, and performance. Experience in Lithium-ion
- battery R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering and Testing (cell test preferred)
- Experience in test data processing and reporting
