Roles Summary: this is BA type of work. Assists in executing multiple key monthly business critical processes supporting Engineering & Platforms' Cloud/On-Prem. Governance capabilities/responsibilities to maintain business performance for our processes and alignments to metric compliance.
Must Have
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, strategic initiatives, BA; background in Business Management
- Strong educations background (Master's or higher are highly preferrable)
- Familiarity with Cloud practices (Governance, Financials, Development)
- High proficiency with Excel and Office 365 Tools
- Experience with KPI/OKR generation and analysis; ideally, pulling and preparation of cloud cost allocation and analysis
- Good Understand technical and governance concepts
- Experience in working within set process/procedures
- Possess strong communication (verbal/written) skills to convey governance and monitoring information to respective audiences
- Organized, can multitask, produce high quality deliverables on various different topics, anchored to monthly hard dates.
- Experience in working within set processes; managing gates, check points, interactions, and coordinate governance, audit, regulatory.
- Change management experience is good to have
- Power Bi experience is nice to have
- Strong communication skills, both, verbal and written needed for interacting with all levels including CIO
Responsibilities:
- Monthly preparation and creation of Cloud Metrics, run functions and governance, enhancing and feeding into cloud governance structure (no technical cloud experience needed, but basic understanding of governance and financials)
- Collect materials and put them together, generate the metrics using excel and PowerPoint
- KPI/OKR generation and analysis
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards
- Monthly preparation, creation and publishing of Cloud Governance related materials
- Creation of monthly files for downstream monthly runs
- Documentation of team related processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support ad hoc requests (including executive requests)
- Work cross-functionally, with stakeholders to obtain their updates and to share with them time sensitive actionable details
