We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Office Administrator to join our team and help contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Reporting to the General Accountant, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and employee expenses, managing vendor communications, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. Youll also help with company events and office administration, including ordering supplies and assisting with general administrative duties. You will be part of a team that is self-motivated, eager to learn and be challenged, and enjoys having fun.

What you will do:
Process supplier invoices, employee expense reports, and credit cards in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure proper coding of invoices with general ledger accounts, cost centers and project numbers
Prepare cheque runs to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
Prepare monthly GST returns and other government remittances
Account analysis and reconciliations
Assist with other accounting projects and month end activities as required
Coordinate delivery of office, mail and kitchen supplies, ensuring the workspace remains stocked and efficient
Support logistics, catering, and planning of monthly corporate and employee events

What you bring:
Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Business Administration (or similar) and
2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting role; will consider other combinations of education and experience
Previous experience in a technology or SaaS environment is an asset
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel skills)
Ability to work independently and proactively, completing your work with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, and competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
