As Director of Finance, you'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead a department of 20 finance professionals. You'll oversee the firm's accounting, billing, and collections functions, implementing best practices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive the firm's financial strategy while mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team. You'll work closely with senior leadership and partners to provide strategic financial guidance, optimize cash flow, and support continued growth and profitability.

What we're looking for:

• A CPA designation
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
• Proven leadership in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• A collaborative, hands-on approach to team development and strategic execution
