Job Title: Licensed Structural Technician

Location: Mississauga, QC, Canada

Duration: Direct-Hire

Schedule: Mon–Fri

Pay Range: As per Market

Summary:

Seeking a Licensed Structural Technician with Sheet Metal and aircraft maintenance experience. The role involves inspections, repairs, structural work, and technical supervision, contributing to safe and timely aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural modifications, repairs, and fabrication using Sheet Metal tools

• Conduct aircraft inspections per task cards and maintenance programs

• Document deviations, raise non-conformance reports, and suggest corrective actions

• Supervise technicians and provide training

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Valid S License with Sheet Metal repair training

• Strong technical and inspection skills

• Ability to certify work (ICA holder)

• Familiar with calibrated tools and applicable maintenance standards

• Relevant training and experience in a similar manufacturing or industrial role
