The Opportunity:

Our client, a consumer electronics company, is looking for a Content Coordinator to join their team in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Reporting directly to Marketing Manager, the Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating compelling and SEO-optimized content to enhance the company's digital presence and drive organic growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Conducting keyword research and devising strategies for robust search engine performance.
  • Creating SEO-focused content, including blogs, meta titles, descriptions, and headlines, aiming for top search rankings.
  • Optimizing existing content to boost rankings and engagement metrics.
  • Developing product data sheets and technical documents to support product launches.
  • Collaborating across departments to gather insights and ensure content quality.
  • Utilizing content management systems to manage and update digital content and enhance navigation per page visited.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across social media content and supporting consistent messaging across various channels.
  • Staying up to date on SEO, AI Tools, and content marketing trends to innovate on content strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or other related fields.
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in creating blog articles and building website content for a product or service provider.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyword research, meta tag writing, and content structuring for SEO and AI algorithms.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write engaging, conversational, and accurate content.
  • Previous working experience with CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Complimentary Experience:

  • Previous working experience with ClickUp would be considered an asset.
