Position: Director Global ERP Systems

Job Type: Full time, Hybrid (3 days on site if local or fully remote if out of local area)

The Company and The Role:

Our client is a manufacturing firm with an excellent reputation globally and within the community. As part of the IT Team, you will manage all aspects of a large global manufacturing system, with a particular focus on JD Edwards.

What Makes You A Fit:

· At least 10 years leading IT teams in manufacturing across multiple Global locations, with experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

· Solid understanding of JD Edwards and other ERP and PLM systems is a plus. Extensive background in ERP (SAP, JDE) and HRIS plus knowledge of industry standards.

· Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and bring teams together to deliver tech solutions on time.

· Proven ability to manage direct reports and develop, and support employees effectively.

· Skilled in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
