Job Title: District Manager

Location: Head Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced District Manager to support and guide franchise partners in delivering exceptional brand performance. This role focuses on building strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, and driving consistent brand culture across all locations in the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute local store marketing initiatives that align with brand strategy and drive traffic.
  • Ensure all stores consistently meet or exceed brand standards in operations, service, and customer experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, actively coaching and teaching the Culture of the brand to store leaders and team members.
  • Support franchisees with P&L management, helping them understand financials and implement strategic business plans for growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular visits to stores to provide hands-on leadership, training, and operational support.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with franchise owners to promote accountability, alignment, and shared success.
  • Travel frequently within the district to maintain close contact with each location and ensure operational consistency.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and tactical support to location managers to ensure alignment with company goals and operational standards.
  • Performance Management: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the district, identifying trends and implementing action plans to improve productivity, revenue growth, and cost control.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in multi-unit retail, food service, or franchise operations (3+ years preferred).
  • Fluently bilingual in written and oral French and English.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, financial planning, and business operations.
  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned district.
  • Knowledge of local marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics.
