Your day will involve a variety of tasks, such as driving to in-person sessions or assessments with clients, liaising with your PT, Psychology or RSW colleagues as part of our multidisciplinary team, sending your recommendations for assistive devices or home modifications to our administration team, and writing reports, progress notes, and or clinical notes for each of the clients in your caseloads.
