They are seeking a Finance Manager to join there team as an expert in financing packages, cash flow management and forecasting. This is a newly created role and offers the chance to become a vital cog in the operations and strategy of the company.

The Role:

• Oversee and manage corporate and project-level cash flow forecasting and planning.
• Prepare detailed and timely cash flow reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinate and manage construction draws, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Lead the preparation and structuring of financing and debt packages for ongoing and new developments.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and liaise with lenders regarding financing terms, compliance, and reporting.

The Candidate:

• CPA and/or CFA designation is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Analyst or Finance Manager, ideally with a banking or real estate development background.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, debt structures, and construction lending.
• Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
